Predictable and Frustrating Salma

Salma Hayek could be the most prominent Mexican actress in the Hollywood today, nevertheless I do not like her. Her beauty is so predictable and her acting is immature. I have seen her performance in one of her early pictures and since the first time I saw her, I never preferred her. I was even surprised when Avon, a top brand of ladies beauty products named her as its lead endorser. She's not an good model because even if she wears make-up, she does not look beautiful at it. It's also distressing to hear that after many years of being an actress, her English is still rough, considering she took up International Relations back in college.

Her pictures also uninteresting and tiresome. Her performance in Once Upon a Time in Mexico could hand her a "monkey award" since what she did were completely wall-hanging stunts with Antonio Banderas. Besides, the picture could still go on even without her character since Banderas and Johnny Depp are great actors. She even co-starred with equally-irritating Penelope Cruz in a picture called Bandidas which I think is a disappointment. If I were her, I would just stick in Mexico where she exceptionally is appropriate, Hollywood is too much for her.
