Getting United in the Panoramic Mexico

Wedding habits vary from country to country, state to state, and in Mexico, people follow a special way of exchanging vows from preparations to the actual ceremony to the after party. The wedding customs and habits being followed by Mexicans from before to the present day rooted from their rich Spanish influence as an effect of a long, painful but jubilant fascism. Spain is a major Catholic community and it introduced its set of customs to Mexico during its fascism, which in return has been religiously followed since. As a consequence, the very core of a Mexican wedding is of the Catholic habit, held within a celebratory mass. The bash is usually a luscious serving of spicy, beany, tortillan dishes that are all signatured Mexican accompanied by Tequila, the country's national drink, or some Sangrias. No spirit mood can be created without music because it defines the very meaning of being a native of Mexico so you can expect Salsa, Merengue, and Mariachi sounds to fill the bash.

Mexican weddings are also attended by large groups of people, most of which play marked roles from spending part of the amount to finance the wedding to carrying the symbolisms to the altar and many other mini roles that are equally marked to make the celebration truly festive.

Dipping in the Spotless Puerto Marques Beach

I adore traveling, going around places, encountering some people, and hopping from one country to another. But my trip is not normally complete unless I visit at least one of the many beaches in my favorite sites. This is why, in my latter voyage to Mexico, I hastily set foot on Puerto Marques Beach in Acapulco.

We consumed some time walking to reach the much admired Puerto Marques Beach. I was clearly glad for we didn't invite peculiar glances from the locals. Now, who said tourists should constantly pay for a cab? Acapulco is a protected resort spot, anyway.

All the dampness while getting to the shore paid off. Puerto Marques Beach became so pleasing. I glimpsed at the board of faultless blue skies as the cool breeze touched my cheeks; I inhaled and took some fresh air in. The dazzling sun seemed to touch and envelop me so I urged my buddies to walk some more, and only then did I notice a group of other tourists who, I surmised, were from Asia and Europe. Feeling the powdery sand, I couldn't defy to take my clothes off and submerse myself in the cold, blue waters. With the rainforest as the arena, Puerto Marques Beach is one authenticated Mexican experience.

When our hour ended, I nearly sighed and preferred the clock stopped ticking. We left, but I swore to myself that the next time I proceed to Acapulco, Mexico, I will not pass up the chance of coming to Puerto Marques Beach.

Satisfy Your Taste Buds To A Spicy Meal In Mexico

As we all notice Mexico is recognized for its rich history and culture, and of course, its spicy delicacies. Hence, on my wandering to this happy country, I let myself yield in a tempting dish that fired up my taste buds -- Tortas Ahogadas, sandwiches that are swimming in mouthwatering chili sauce. The chili sauce used in this Mexican meal is made of chili, plump tomatoes, chopped garlic, and the ever-famous spicy pepper, the habanero.

Aside for the truly spicy ingredients of Tortas Ahogadas, I was also startled by the bread used in this dish, which is popular as Bolillo that is sliced in half and stuffed with bite-size meats such as the Carne Asada or the Carnitas.

The spicy sauce is then poured over the meat-stuffed sandwich, making the procedure of eating it a sodden one. Indeed, this food will make your fingers get gloppy with all the sauce, but it is worth it. If you don't want to get your hands sodden, you can dip the sandwich on the sauce, although the original procedure is to pour the spicy mixture onto the Bolillo sandwich. Now since Tortas Ahogadas is a very pungent one, you may wishto have a thirst-quencher. You bet I suffered the corresponding spicy bite when I tried Tortas Ahogadas, and so I had a glass of cold Cerveza, or beer. Moreover, this food is also prescribed to be taken with a glass of chilled Agua Preparado de Limon Rallado, or sweet lemon drink, which can also calm down the hot taste buds.

A High-tech Mexican Hotel Constructed On Old Mexican Grounds

You might generally think that hotels in Mexico are of the sub-standard sorts, but this is not really so. This is most especially true with the more high-tech ones that happily feature some very exciting accommodations that will certainly satisfy even the most discriminating of guests.

A virtual new kid on the Mexican hotel territory is the Condesadf, which has successfully taken on a combined look of being gracefully high-tech and elegantly traditional. Settled in the central region of Mexico, the Condesadf has a total of 40 exquisite rooms, each one of which has a fully functional iPod and ready to play inviting music.

The Condesadf may simply be quite new, but it does not mean it has no inviting features to offer. On the contrary, some of its offerings are truly exciting and exceptional, like the cinema room, which presents free movie showings during weekends, and the dance club, where guests can swing the night away from Thursday to Saturday.

Originally a 20th century mansion, the Condesadf has been made over and given a high-tech and modern design to suit the needs of today's tourists. While retaining the customary architectural style, the hotel has nevertheless adapted some of the more modern hotel presentations, making for a stylish tourist destination but founded on ancient grounds.
